Name: Karadanentou Seal

History: Karadanentou, the Seal of Body and Mind, was created in order for ninjas to defend themselves more aptly in both physical and mental-based combat. All Seals empower the user. This Seal, however, was made to function more as a shield, giving lesser ninjas a higher survival rate against dangers. Though planned for defense, it nonetheless can be a hazardous safeguard, as use of the Seal can result in the damaging of the host. Because of this, those inscribed with it upon their bodies were warned against overuse, else death take them. A powerful Seal, the Koorikage gives only a few.

Lv.1 - The Seal spreads upon the body like thin black strings of yawn, dancing across a body and forming delicate patterns, crossing and twisting, forming a spider-web like design upon the user's body. Their strength increases as their muscles are enhanced, and their mind forms a
stone wall against threats.

Lv.2 - During this stage, the user's skin will darken, and the Seal's marking will turn bright white. Their eyes will glint with a light, their hand becoming black and wild. At this stage the user's body will slowly regenerate, healing lighter wounds. Their eyes will see an increased distance, becoming-hawk-like, and their mind will become a fortress, allowing little to disturb him.

Lv.1: 3+1 Per turn
Lv.2: 7+1 Per turn

Time Limit: Lv.1: 8 Turns
Lv.2: 5 Turns

Downsides Lv.1 : Due to the Mental Strain, the user will a difficulty coping with both shielding his mind and at the same time fighting. Because of this, the user will be unable to cast genjutsu during the First Seal Level.

Lv.2: The user will remain unable to use genjutsu due to the high amount of focus to maintain the Gen immunity. As a further risk, as the Seal ends, a poison like-substance will come from their darkened skin, entering the blood system causing poison to fill their body and slowly kill them. Without medical attention, the user will be dead within an hour's time, possibly less.

...OKAY, because this Seal isn't for me and because I am the Head Admin, I see no reason why not to approve the Seal for Shigeo. It would be the same as created some ultimate technique and then someone wanting to learn it. Infact, thats basically what Forbidden Jutsu Requesters do. >>
