Seal of Heaven and Earth

History: The only thing known about this seal is that Antari created it, and it's effects vary depending on the natural abilities of the host.

Obtained: RP in progress

Curse Seal LV1 The divine markings on Satoshi's neck spread to cover his entire body, showing his enhanced ability to control his own chakra flow, and his new-found inner peace.

(All Ninjutsus used cost 2CP less than usual)

Time Limit Boost: x4 (8cp)
(Curse Seal LV1 lasts a total of 10 posts (instead of 6))

Curse Seal LV2 Satoshi's skin color turns pale white. His hair becomes a rich blond color, and it grows much spikier. The whites of his eyes turn pitch black, and his pupils become bright yellow, matching his hair. His teeth also become pitch black, and the divine markings all over his body now glow with a bright gold light. His appearance is changed to match that of a mythological God in his early ages.

...Thats an opinion thing. If it doesn't, I'd say the Seal is overpowered. If it does...Eh. I'd have to do some math.

Okay well, How's about this? The downsides stack, and instead of LV2 downside saying plus 2cp to every ninjutsu, it says +3. So, after adding the stacking effect of LV1, it would be +4cp to every following jutsu for the remainder of the fight. Fair enough?

Technically the seal says "Jutsus" as in not Ninjutsus but all jutsus in general.

So, you have a typo. Either in your post or...in your post.

Oh, so sorry, I will get Ant to fix that asap. But it's only supposed to say Ninjutsus (since the seal only actually reduces the cost for Ninjutsus, not any other kind). Other than that, is it good?

...I'm not quite sure. For example, I have a question concerning going from Seal one to Seal two. If you say, fulfil Lv.1's entire duration, and recieve the +11 one downside, and then go to Lv.2, would you retain the +1 downside?

For example, You go ten turns of Curse Seal One. Your ninjutsus cost +1. You activate lv.2. Does the +1 stay? Thats what I'm wondering.

Oh, the +1 cp effects only activate once the seals are deactivated. So, if I go from LV1 to LV2, I experience a +4 cp to every NINjutsu after the seals are deactivated. But while they are active, they still have the -2cp to NINjutsus. Did I answer your question?
