AFter that little scuffle back there inside Kumo gates, Shani sat quietly against a lone rock that was positioned in a way to hide his body completely from the other end. He was sharpening his sword when he heard something coming. Without hesitation he looks up and quickly gets up. With a smirk on his face he see's a shadow emerging through all of the thick steam from the hotsprings. "So I see you took my offer....good...this will be a fight for you to remember" Shani said as he sits on the rock facing the Figure which he assumed it was Rokuo.

Rokou went to the hot springs. He made preparations in case he really get into danger and in more worst case dead: he talked with Darochan and left Itami a sealed scroll with some secret jutsus.

Finally the gray-haired Kumo shinobi reached the springs which were supposed to be the battlefield, and perhaps the last place he'll ever see. Everywhere steam raised. Than he heard Shanimaku's voice. He looked to his enemy and nodded to him. Only because they're enemies, it didn't mean that they must treat each other like assholes before the battle.

,, Yeah, I said, I will fight you. But I also had a condition for fighting you after your very impolite entrance in Kumo: I wanted some answers on my questions, and if you lie, I'll leave instantly and the battle is cancelled. Be sure, I've not much questions, so it won't take long. The first one is: Why do you really want to kill me? And don't try kidding me with: ,the bounty is high'. There are a lot of easier targets. If you would kill two of them, you would earn more money by lower risk, so why? What's the reason ?''
Rokou was curious for the criminal's explanation.

Shani looks at Rokuo as he walks up and looks on. Shani knew that this will be a big fight and night be his last. With the anticipation mounting, Rokuo begins to talk. He asked a series of question in which Shani waited until he was finished to answer. "to answer your question Rokuo" Shani said as he begins to point to his eye. Shani makes a small but noticible smirk. The eyes wasn't for him but rather for an important nin. "I Lied about the 25 million whatever.....it was a front....I'm here only for your eyes" Shani said as he begins to casually takes out his katana.

"I've heard stories about your legendary Mangekeyou sharingan....It will be an honor to fight one of the strongest Raikage's ever to grace the title Kage" Shani said in almost sheer evil and enlightment. He loved fighting and his pure evil self was creeping out. He knew that his days was numbered but that what made Shani so dangerous. "Now I've got a question for you" Shani suddenly says as he puts the katana on his shoulders while still holding the hilt. "Do you have any information on this character called Mask?...I seek him" Shani said

Rokou nodded when the former Hokage explained his reason. He recognized also his opponent taking slowly the katana out of the hilt.
That makes already more sense. I'm one of the less people who possess the Mangekyou Sharingan. But nobody else could deal with those eyes except ...
Rokou fished one kunai out of his back pocket. He prepared slowly for fighting Shanimaku.

,, To answer your question, I know almost nothing about him. During my journey, I tried to find out who he's, but I found nothing. I only heard rumours that he's the leader of the seven so-called warlords and the Kazekage fought him. So he should have more information''
The Sannin smiled but he also were worried, because he couldn't ignore his guess. So, he had to ask.

So, next question: Neither you need my eyes nor you're able to use it in a proper way, because the activated Mangekyou Sharingan would kill you if you try to take over. Rokou knew that there's no other possessor than those two, and as a missing-nin of Konoha, Shanimaku never would serve the Hokage. So this whole scene was probably the result of the efforts of ...

Shani listensed to the words that Rokou spoke of. His calm nature and such made Shani wonder how strong is he. Shani noticed that he was taking out a kunai slowly as he was taling only signifying that the battle will soon to begin. "Enough with these questions...they will not benefit us now will they. So I suggest we start fighting huh" Shani said as he slowly moved the sword from his shoulder and carefully placed it in a attack position. Shani eyes was blank and almost seemed to posses something more sinister inside. "You can move in for the first strike if you want.....Hell you can hit me Here " Shani said as he points to his chin and begins to make a small evil chuckle

Rokou became a little bit angry because Shani didn't hold his word. This was his last, but the most important question for him. He wanted to know at least, who ( except Shani of course) wants his death. But it seems that only winning the battle would bring an answer. If Shani wouldn't be honest in the end, he had to fear more than death.

,, Well, as I see, you won't make more smalltalk, even if you should tell me still something. But, as promised, I will fight you.''

Rokou's hand raised slowly. His eyes followed now each of Shanimaku's movements. The former Hokage would be the first opponent who'll see the results of Rokou's year-long training.
I will test him a little bit at first. But making only a single mistake means that he even will not feel his end.
Then suddenly, the Kumo shinobi's face became serious and he threw quickly his kunai directly against the criminal's head.

Once the Kunai was thrown Shani knew right awau that countering it with a Kunai was futile since he don't know if Rokuo wants him to do that. Quickly Shani charges chakra to his feet and makes a smile. As soon as he did that, the kunai that was thrown by Rokuo went straight through him. Shani image then fades away from head to feet and suddenly Shani appeared about 10 feet to Rokuo Right. He charges at him with the Sword in his hands and proceeded to Strike downwards. As he was going down his faeds away again but this time he comes from the opposite side getting closer with the sword.

The fact that Rokuo was a Sharingan user made Shani not look at his eyes and was quite good at recognizing genjutsu's and such. This fight was about to get very intense very fast.

Rokou needed a second to see that his kunai went only through a short illusion of his opponent. He noticed still early enough Shanimaku attacking from the side. As Shani, he focussed also chakra in his feets and made a hugh somersault backwards dodging the dangerous sword movement.
With his sword ,he's only able to hurt me in short-ranged combat. I'll get some distance, so that he must search for a new way to harm me.

In the midair, he performed a simple seal combination.
,, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu'', he said looking to the opponent on the ground. A shadow clone appeared right in front of him and grabbed for the original one's shoulder directing him on one of the bigger stones. When both landed savely, Rokou said ,, Henge'' and the clone became a Fuuma shuriken. Rokou instantly threw his new-formed weapon aiming for Shani's head again.

After the Nice movement from Rokuo to dodge Shani's Move, Rokuo quickly made Bunshins to safely maneuver onto the ground and make it become a fuuma shuriken. Shani was quite in awe that he was still good enough. Shani quickly used some handsigns and slams his hands to the ground. A square piece of the ground quickly rises up and instantly stops the Shuriken from proceeding further.

Shani then jumps on top of the Wall and stands there with his arms folded. "I see the old Raikage still have some fight within him.." Shani said as he begin to release his arms from crossing. "I respect you..and as a fellow kage myself I respect your honor...I will tell you who is after your eye ONLY if you beat me" SHani siad as he begin to make some handsigns. There was alot of handsigns and took almost 5 second even with the immense speed in doing handsigns. After he was finish he makes a small smirk.

"Water Release: Water Dragon Jutsu!!!" SHani said as he used the water from the surround springs to create a huge Water dragon with yellow eyes. this dragon quickly moved towards Rokuo in an intent to kill.

Rokou saw his opponent raising the earth barrier protecting Shanimaku. The Fuuma shuriken went in, but didn't break through the wall. Then the missing-nin jumped on his defense and made his propose.

Rokou sat up hearing the condition to get the information and smiled. ,, Well, if that's the case, this will give me additional fire for this battle, hehe... You must know I'm very curious.''

But now, he also saw what Shanimaku is really able to do. With his normal eyes, Rokou couldn't even follow the seal sequence. He wasn't a Kage for nothing. Beating him will not be easy at all.
When Shani finished the jutsu and the enormous amount of water were collected, the Kumo ninja stood there astonished. Finally the giant water wave in form of a dragon started to move in Rokou's direction crushing stones and burying trees under it. The wave reached the Sannin and he disappeared under tons of water.

Rokou appeared at the place where the kunai was situated which he threw at the begin of the battle. Puh, that was really close. he thought.
Silently he took out another kunai and with insane speed, he were behind Shani aiming for his neck.

SHani's Water Dragon was incredibly powerfull. If that strike was to hit Rokuo he would been seriously hurt. The water Dragon was getting very close as Rokuo suddenly vanishes before the initial water contact. He appeared behind Shani with a kunai unnoticed and Shani didn't think a thing. As Shani looked down he noticed the Kunai was gone. His reaction caused him to quickly move but not before he was cut on the neck. The blood rushed out quickly and he was wincing from the pain it caused.

Shani jumps down off of the top of the wall and landed about 20 feet from where Rokuo was now standing. Holding his neck, Shani commented on the speed of which he did this. "What.....I didn't even trace his speed at all.....his power is certainly immense...bah oh well...lets see here" SHani said as he was rumbling in his back pocket. He seemed to find a piece of cloth that he held for his travels. "Here Got it" Shani said as he begins to wrap his next with the cloth. The blue cloth instantly become red from the blood that was so heavingly soaked on it.

"You got some speed on you...I like that....but you know one thing that can beat all?" Shani said as he makes a smirk. He does one hand sign and instantly his head bows down. He begin to make gibberish of words until he begin to laugh. He looks up at Rokuo with the most sadistic, scariest, reddest eyes ever imagined. He kept them opened as he never blink. He begins to make a wierd open smile as he begin to yell. "INTELLIGENCE!!!...HAHAHAHA" He say as he begin to go beserk.

His head around his eyes showed signs of veins as he looks on. "BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!...ROKUO...........BLOOD!!!!!!!!...HAHAHA" SHani screamed as he was just standing there.

Rokou's hidden attack succeeded and wounded the neck of his opponent, who made a hugh jump to get some distance. Blood flew on the Shani used to treat the wound temporarily and the blue turned rapidely into red.

Very well, fighting with a bleeding wound will be very difficult for him especially because neck wounds decrease his motion options more than a simple cut at a shoulder. But only a single success will not be enough against somebody like him, for sure. He'll make an opening for me, sooner or later.

Then Rokou became nervous seeing a transformation like this. He couldn't see a physical transformation but the change in his opponent's habit showed him something, he couldn't ever imagine in his darkest nightmares.
It felt like Shani turned into something which will surpass the ,, ordinary'' evil by far. When Shanimaku looked up and the Kumo Ninja never saw such sardistic, malicious red eyes. The criminal's voice cried loud crazy.

,, Okay, cool down'', Rokou whispered to himself. ,, Time works for you now. Shani must finish this battle as fast as possible. So, deal with him a little bit without risking too much. Only if thing's 're starting to become worse, I'll use this technique.''
Rokou also had to smile about the words of his opponents: ... you know one thing that can beat all? Intelligence? I hadn't survived if I were a stupid idiot. But true power based on three elements, not only one.

With his left hand, Rokou secretely took out another kunai out of his back pocket and let it fall silently onto the wall. Then he ran some steps to the side and jumped down at the right side of the earth barrier. Then, in a quick movement, he threw the other kunai in his righ hand, aiming for Shani's chin again.

As Rokou was moving around ready to attack, all Shani could think about was blood. his eyes quickly followed his movements to the point it was down right scary. He see Rokou jump down to the right side of the wall Shani made earlier and threw another kunai. "ANOTHER......KU...NAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....COME ON"

Shani yelled as he quickly moves to the side and begins to run towards Rokou. He then suddenly jumps in the air and did some handsigns. They was incredibly fast almsot to the point in which his hands didn't move at all. With a murderous yell he screamed. "KATON KARYUU ENDAN NO JUTSU!!!" he said as a stream of Hot fire came from his mouth towards both Rokou and the wall.

Rokou were surprised only seeing Shanimaku creating an immense amount of fire. Without his Sharingan, Rokou couldn't even follow the performing of the seal sequence.
Quickly he performed his own seal sequence. He breathed once deep in and spit out a flow of fire.
,, Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu ''

Both fire streams hit each other, but of course, Katon Karyuuendan no Jutsu was stronger than the Ryuuka technique. The power Shani's fire jutsu were decreased at least, but it was still strong enough to hit Rokou directly on the chest blowing him against the next tree.
Crushing against the tree, Rokou spit out a little bit blood and had some blessures at the arms. His cloak and his vest were destroyed completely and lied now on the ground right in front of him, but at least it protected him from lethally harm at his body.

Rokou slowly stood up. He smiled weak about his own foolness.
What a stupid idea. Countering Karyuu Endan just with Ryuuka. But, I cared too much about him. But it seems that he made it in time to dodge... . Now it's time to show him some kind of power, he perhaps never saw before
He shouted too his opponent.
,,Well, many people know me as one of Kumo's legendary Sannins...''
Rokou took some of his blood from the ground.
,, ...other people know me as a member of the Uchiha clan... ''
Rokou made some signs on his face.
,, But only less people know who am I also...''
Rokou performed two hand signs.
,, ,... the Guardian of the wolfs. Sennin Henge no Jutsu!''

Rokou smiled. His hands and legs grew and got minor sharpened claws. He started to get a grey coat and some of his teeth became to fangs. Additionally two wolf heads, a white at right side and a grey haired on the left side of the original one's head, appeared. Rokou was now definitely no normal human anymore. Shadows lied on his eyes.

The werewolf-like creature smiled weakly and went few steps forward to get nearer to his opponent. In the distance of 20 metres, he stopped.
I didn't said what my new power is like. If he didn't await this, it'll be his end already.
In an incredible fast movement even surpassing Shunshin no Jutsu, Rokou came behind Shanimaku and aimed with claws for the criminal's neck again.

The transformation had Shani so stunned that he blinked by accident. His murederous intention was now gone and he was back to hid old self. But before he can get a grasp on what was going on, Rokou appeared behind him in a manner that was beserk-like. He swaps down towards Shani neck and Shani had no way of countering it. Shani get cut again at his neck splattering blood everywhere once again. Shani was hit almost directly threw the wall and into a tree nearly breaking it.

Blood was spewed everywhere against the tree as Blood also came from his mouth. Indeed that attack would kill a regular nin, but this was not one of them. Shani continued to sit there next to the tree wincing in pain from the deep cut on his side of the next which was opposite of the other cut. "Damn...this is not....go....nna.....work" SHani said as he takes out a scroll. "Its time to do your work." Shani said as he begin to make some handsigns.

"Kuchiyose No Jutsu!!" as suddenly the scroll made a poof sound and smoke was enveloped around the tree and Shani. When the smoke cleared, Shani was gone but something else was in his place. It was his Summon Harakoga. Harakoga looks around and instantly see's Rokou Sennin mode. Harakoga usually gets on Shani's case about summoning him without fighting but this time it was an exception.

"I see you got yourself in some messed up situation huh...well no Matter I will trie to Bail you out hmph" Harakoga said as he gets in a fighting position. Shani was hiding though buying his time to recuperate from that attack. He was not finished with the fight just yet.

Rokou noticed the new change in Shani's habit. In the one moment he was the pure evil and after a blink of an eye, it seems, that he has his normal conscious back. Nevertheless, he got slashed at the neck again.

A normal shinobi would be dead right now, but Rokou was impressed how tough his oppenent was. It was admirable how strong his will of fighting he was and his will to not give up. But when he broke through the wall and crushed against the tree, it seems like the end came nearer and nearer.
You got so far, now don't be careless. He has for sure some tricks.
Then the criminal took a scroll out of his clothes and opened it. A giant figure in samurai armor appeared. He wore a sword at the side and his face were covered by a mask.

,, Bear'' the grey-haired old wolf said.
,, What? ''
,, This samurai, it's a bear. I like bears, they smack like chicken for me.''
Rokou sighed, but didn't let Shani and the bear out of his eyes.
,, As you think, but at first we have to finish out those two.''

,, Please, do you can tell me finally now who's your contractee? I want to know this, before...''
Then Rokou fished two kunais out of his pockets.
,, Kazun, help me.'', he said.
The white wolf head nodded. Again, Rokou disappeared for the normal eye due to his insane speed, but this time, Kazun used a short-timed blinding genjutsu against the criminal short in front of Shani. At the same time, Rokou threw one of his kunais for the bears hand and with the other one he tried to cut up Shani's right arm.

After Shani crashed into the tree, he used handsigns to summon his fighter Harakoga. SHani was indeed losing and was way over his head in this fight. Shani fought many battles and even became Kage of one of the five great ninja villages. He lived a full life and despite this, he wanted to achieve pure perfection. As he was standing there looking at Rokou's sennin mode, he makes a smile and looks up towards his summon.

"Harakoga.....I'm sorry man....maybe I will meet Hasone in the afterlife" Shani said as he begins to tear up. Harakoga turns slightly getting almot angry to the fact that Shani is giving up. "Shut UP!!! you is not gonna die....not by MY hands you are not. So listen up I want you to stand up and get ready to fight" He said as was now turn away from Rokou. Shani then takes out a explosive tag. "It was good for the time being....hehehe..maybe i will take over hell. Will you help me?" He said as he placed the tag on his chest.

"Yes.....Mas-" Before Harakoga could say something a blinding light pierce the eyes of both Him and his summon. followed by a quick response in pain as Harakoga was holding his hand and Shani was holding his arm. As quick as the light appeared it disappeared also. Shani was now completely bloody and was losing his blood fast. Iw was a matter of time before he would die. "Please just go now...." Shani said to Harakoga. His summon didn't make any movement, and quickly vanishes.

Shani laughed as he revealed a Tag which had the name Devastator on it. "HAHA......The name of the one thats after your eyes in located in Suna...hehe.....Search for Shoushi...he could give you a better understanding...oh and Many more are after you......now BYE BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Shani said as he activated his tag. It will now take 20 seconds (1 post) before kaboom.

Now, the former Hokage and for sure one of the greatest ninjas ever alive lied in his own oath of blood, scratched, hurted and near the end.

Then the Kumo ninja had not much time anymore noticing the explosion tag. Using Hirashin no Jutsu, he managed it in less than a second to get some distance. He disappeared into nowhere leaving Harakoga and Shanimaku alone for a moment.

Then Rokou appeared in his normal human form on the earth wall and looked sadly to Shanimaku Hatake.
One of the greatest ninja, who should be an example and an inspiration for all of us, why did he turned evil and why he had to end on this way ... ? And even inthe end, he didn't hold his word at all, he promised to tell me concrete who gave him the order to kill me. I'm disappointed.But I must recognize that I never had such a strong opponent.

His clothes were destroyed, the wounds hurted and Rokou used most of his chakra, but hopefully this was now the finish of a battle, a kind of battle the Lightning country never saw before.

OOC: Thats alright..I kinda wanted Shani to die..it was good and all but..its the end I'm afraid.

BIC: After Shani detonate the tag, Harakoga quickly leaves and all who was there was SHani by himself. He laughed as he begin to think about the times he had in Konoha. "Beautifull Konoha, I wish it hadn't end like this. There was so much I haven't done yet......but I'm dying the way I was meant to die" Shani said as a tear came from his eye. He looks over at the tag and see that it was just about to blow.

With one last word, he takes out his scroll and sword and laid it beside him. "Alone" Shain said as the tag then detonates and explodes. A brief and quick yell was heard but after that nothing else as the blast begin to destroy everything in its path. the time of Shani life had came to an end. He was a true warrior as the end of the famous Hatake live in the last person, Toshio.

After the blast Shani finds himself in a void. Many ghost and such was quickly moving around him. Their groteques figures made Shani unbelievably suprised. "Where am I?...What is this place?" Shani said as he looks around. Suddenly a familiar voice appeared outta nowhere. SHani looks around and turns around to be startle at the source of this Voice. "Hiya Brother....." The figure said as he revealed himself to Shani as Kai.

"Welcome to hell......welcome to my world" As Kai Laughed and both runs towards each other. Its apparent that Shani will spend his time forever in Hell fighting someone who he sought revenge for.

The explosion quickly extended at the hot springs, crushing everything in radiate of 100 feets. Stones flied around and the hot water flew everywhere.
The grey haired shinobi expected Shani's last trick as something evil, but he didn't believe that something like this would happen. Luckely he made already preparations when he used Hiraishin no Jutsu to hide for a moment.
During he created a mere shadow clone who observes the remaining scenario on the earth wall, he get far more distance in short time . Nevertheless he underestimated the power of the explosion. The wave of fire and shreds came head on and without Garun, who created a wind barrier, he would be death right now.
The wind shield decreased the power, but still were broken through by the effect of the Devastator and pushed Rokou against a tree behind.

It became slowly silent. The hot water were collected in the hole of the detonation and the crushed trees and piece of stones lied around. The whole area really looked like there was war.
Slowly, Rokou could stand up and walked some steps.
,, Don't overdo it. Some of your bones are broken''
The Sannin smiled softly. ,, I know, but I must make sure...''
He went a long way forward, looking for something. He went into the hole as long as it didn't are filled with water. Finally he found his objective.

,, There he's, or at least some parts of him.'' The grey haired guy sat down and looked to some pieces of Shani's cloak and some flesh pieces and skin of his body.
,, I had buried him if he wished, but I think that's not possible anymore. He's dead for sure. ''
The ninja stood up and looked a last time back to the battlefield, thinking at the fight and the criminal's words and the shadow clone's information.
Rokou turned around saying to the Sennins: ,, I should go back to Kumo. Thank you very much for your help.'' Garun and Kazun nodded and disappeared. Also Rokou became normal again.

The grey-haired man remembered the histories and legends about the former Hokage, stories people told about him... often times things who were almost unbelievable. Even if he tried to kill him, Rokou had do a thing to honor his opponent...

He went away and walked to one of the stones which weren't destroyed by the explosion wave. Using his kunai, he cut some words in it.
He stood up and looked down to his writing talking to the stone:

,, Even if you were lately a bastard, you raised a whole village and you raised a lot of excepional shinobis. You were a Kage and a ninja who is worthy to be called so. A shinobi with power and honor. You have my whole respect. ''
