[Before anything, I must say I had Shiro's permission to post this and to skip the template since its not quite finished yet. Read more information below.]

If you have read the "Greatest Resolution" topic, you know that when I quit being an admin I said I had a project between hands. This project was the main reason for me to quit the job, due to the fact that I would have probably closed up NWOTN 2.0, losing many members in the process. For that I have decided to fully dedicate myself to this project and leave the people choose for themselves.

This new project is called NWOTN 3, and I've been building it sense February at a really low speed. It has finally reached a point where I think I can reveal it and let the people check it and judge it as they whish. Many members already know about this and are involved in the project, but for now, the forum is closed to new registrations.

You will be able to see the Rules and Guides, which is basically the system the forum will use and believe me, its that revolutionary.
